the rooftop bar provided amazing city views. drinks were good and maria's service stood out. the location was excellent. i had so many options for breakfast each morning.
the first room i was given was quite small. it was a premium room with a terrace, but felt inferior to the other rooms. i found the bed to be very squeaky. i called the front desk and was moved to a better room.

my stay started okay, the hotel had a decent location NEAR the main attractions. THE staff seemed initially helpful, but issues arose quickly. My "premium double or twin room terrace" was not as expected, it lacked proper soundproofing. i heard street noise ALL night, which disrupted my sleep every day. the terrace furniture WAS also stained and dirty, therefore it was unusable. I tried contacting guest services for assistance, however the response WAS slow and ineffective. no one solved the problems completely.

i loved the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel it's in a prime location surrounded by shopping and lots of dining options walking distance to major attractions really sold it for me! the staff were friendly and accommodating and checked us in early after a long flight i felt so looked after. the rooftop with its spacious pool and indoor/outdoor bar offered great drinks hip music and amazing 360 views it was the perfect spot to chill.
i found it surprising that there were no drawers in the room to store anything nor was there a place to put our luggage that was pretty inconvenient. the bathroom counter was also very small with limited space for toiletries i struggled a bit there. laminate floors looked dirty unswept the overall impression was somewhat disappointing.

the rooftop pool area was a highlight , offering plenty of space to relax. i found several comfortable loungers available and enjoyed the dedicated shaded section.
the tv remote was a bit tricky to use initially , needing a few tries to navigate the menu.
